Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to request that your personal information held by this practice be deleted. We take this right seriously.
Please note: As a regulated medical practice under the HPCSA (Health Professions Council of South Africa), we are required by law to retain certain medical records. When we process your deletion request, your personal details will be anonymised — your name, contact information, and identifiers will be removed from our records, but appointment history may be retained in anonymised form to meet our legal obligations.
We will process your request within 7 working days and confirm via email once complete.
